If I am reading and translating this question correctly, I believe the question that you meant to ask was:
Is the saturation temperature of the refrigerant always the temperature that corresponds to the equivalent pressure?
The answer is:
Unless the refrigerant is an unknown mix or is otherwise contaminated, YES.

I should clarify that my above answer is the simple answer.
It can get a bit more complicated than that when you are dealing with refrigerant blends, but we can talk more about that on the "Pro" side.
