Dual-Fuel heating system with zoning system

I will install a Dual-Fuel heating system, with two zones. For the zoning, I am using the Honeywell Zoning System, the control board will be HZ432k who has the dual operation, with the air temperature sensor. MY QUESTION IS: With this control board, Do I need the Dual-Fuel thermostats or Can I use just the regular thermostats?
