I'd like to try grilling zucchini "chips" does anyone have a recipe? I've heard chili powder and olive oil, but I'm not sure the kids will go for that. Anything milder for them?
Shoot, I just put the veggies in some foil with some spices, salt, pepper what ever you like, maybe a little cooking oil. Just make the "envelopes" a size you can easily turn. . . I use a gas grill , put on low-medium heat, usually while cooking some burgers, sausage, etc., don't let em burn. Also see the "zuchini pie" recipe it is one of my favorite COMFORT FOODS!
