Anyone have problems with caps leaking on newer ranco dual pressure controls

This past summer, not one but two brand new out of box caps broke. first lasted over night,then lost walkin charge. second lasted 2 days. then lost charge again. Third times a charm, still running that i know of. Caps breaking where they flare to 1/4" diam (braze joint)

I once worked at a Shop that would not buy that Brand...only Penn.
They seemed to hold up better.
The last Refrigeration Shop I worked at a while ago went to the 1/4" Male Flare Model Penn and used the flexible stainless steel weave reinforced hoses. No more cap tube leaks.
Makes sense when you factor in Labor and Refrigerant cost...especially on a Rack System.

danfoss makes a nice one with very thick copper. I've yet to use one but seen it at the supply house.
