Taco triple duty valve problem

Hey guys, this is my first post, hopefully it's in the correct area.

I'm a building engineer in Washington DC and in my 16 years in the trade this is my first building with Taco triple duty valves.

So heres my problem. One of open loop pumps has a triple duty valve on the discharge side of the pump and for some reason the valve is stuck open. I cant seem to find a O&M manual any where on line and i have no idea how to work on it. Any help would be appreciated

its not the exact valve, but its damn close, thanks!

Where did you find it? I came up with goose eggs on my google searches
