It is a 3 ton unit.
Coils do not have a seer rating.
Get the model number of the outdoor unit and I can tell you if it is a heat pump or straight A/C, and what it's seer rating is.

I should say these furnaces were approved for venting with thermo-plastic pipe at one time. But do to problems with the pipe they should only be vented with B-vent (double wall ) metal piping. If vented horiztonal the venting materials are the same but an approved power venter kit must be use.

Correction -BF is 15 1/2" width & 1/3hp with 10"x8" blower wheel. They are not seprated designations.

I just bought the home I did notice it has white pvc pipe used to vent it. Should I change this out to be safer for my family?

The outside condensor was stolen as well. The whip was cut it had #10 gauge wire in it to power a 3 ton condensor unit. Should I change this out with #8 wire on the new whip for safety and efficency purposes?
