The blower wont ramp up. I was looking at transducer. How does work? What pressure should be there and what voltages does it do?

if you are reffering to a vfd, the transducer gives the controller a static reading to which the vfd/controller will ramp up and down at a given setpoint. typical transducers give a output dc voltage 0-10vdc or a 4-20ma signal to the vfd. any alarms on the display?

There are noalarms. The rpm is 660 the amps 19. The motor never ramps. Up
