I'm working in a typical open cooler (produce) used in supermarkets, and wants to clean the "honeycomb" without remove it of its place. Anybody have an idea, or knows kind of chemical that works without secondary problems (strong odors, etc)?. Thanks in advance for comments.

I just hose them off!
Discoloration will just stay on.

It's easier to pull them, take them outside and hose them off. If you try to hose them in place, you'll make a mess.
You could blast compressed air into it, but the dust ill make it's way back into it.
