Hot Water baseboad heat..

Ive been on 2 jobs this year where the boss has talked them out of there original system..because they wanted Air..in my region hotwater heat can't be beat..instead of adding a air handler and some duct work for air..he's talking them into ..replacing the whole system..and abandoning the baseboard..then we have to cut new ducts boots..just like new construction...and spend time in the crawlspace and attic....and then pack out a perfectly good boiler..because the boss has know idea..
