Dear dipstick.
First of all, Mr. Seven Posts, I would like to thank you for setting me straight on the meaning of this forum. After 4 years and 12000+ posts here, I thought I knew what refrigeration was, and that there is NO WAY the words "Rheem 90 plus" could EVER be used in refrigeration! I've been corrected.
Now, sarcasm aside,
Your idiotic thread should be posted in the residential HVAC section of this site, not the refrigeration and icemaking section.
Note how you received 0 help with your dumbass question?
Maybe you were wondering WHY?
Well, now you know.

You'll be needing to put your cursor on the blue lettering and click the left mouse button to get there from here.

And your furnace still isn't any nearer to being fixed.
Can you handle that clicking on the blue lettering thing?
I'm concerned, though, seriously. Gas fired appliances produce carbon monoxide, which 9 out of 10 doctors agtree is dangerous.
You might want to call a pro out on that thing.

And I thank God that I don't answer the phones at Rheem tech support.
OKKKKKkkkkkkkk
Now that we have that straight. :)
Are we comfortable in the Resi section now? Good....

You need to tell the owner that he should call someone else to repair the furnace. From your first post its plain to see that you have no knowledge of how this furnace operates or what to check to determine the problem.
If you were to call tech service, after a few questions, they would more than likely mistake you as a homeowner and tell you to call a professional.
In order to diagnose the problem you need to have the proper tools and the knowledge of how that furnace operates. Nobody here is going to tell you what to do to get it running. The site rules prohibit us from doing so.

Dont call tech support, they are not there to answer step by step instructions on how to diagnose and repair furnaces, they are there to support properly trained techs who have looked at the entire system and need some insight as to the specific issues or indeosyncracies (sp?) with a specific model.

when the furnace is not firing look through the peep hole in the blower door and count the flashes on the led then look on back of blower door for problem.

I would recommend looking at the black hoses that drain into the little cup in the blower compartment & make sure they arent kinked. If they wont drain properly, it'll do some wierd stuff. I dont see any harm in checking that.
