why is it different to find common and start and run on a compressor than a condenser fan.(the run on the fan has a higher resistance. also when you wire the fan like the compressor the fan runs backwards.why? why? why?

compressor has capacitor start and capcitor run motor, the condenser fan is a psc motor.

Query is ambiguous; however, compressor design is such that one rotation direction is essential, fan motors often designed to run in either direction. Thus, compressor wil not hav any provision for reversing direction, many fan motors do (e.g. which side fo the fan the motor is on)

To fix your specific problem, simply reverse the start winding leads on the fan motor. The start winding is either before or behind the phase of the main winding, reversing the leads changes the ' before or after' aspect, thus the direction.. Tried to make this very simplistic, the full phase rotation explanation is a little more involved.
