Hello, this is my first post.I'm amazed at the amount of knowledge you guys are shareing so I'll throw another one at you.
I have a relatively new (2 yrs) Goodman 2 ton air handler
It only blows room temp air when set on heat.I had a friend check the coils and he said that they have continuity?(is that what it's called). He suggested that the problem lies with the circuit board .What do you think?

Welcome to HVAC TALK. However this site has rules against giving out technical advice to DIY'ers. I have attached a link below for your convenience.
Here's something to think about though...
When was the last time you had that unit cleaned and inspected?
Fuel costs are skyrocketing.
So why not call in a professional to clean & tune up your furnace? While they are there they can inspect your unit to insure a safe living environment for you and your loved ones. Not to mention, having an efficient running system could save you more than the cost of the service.
What's your safety worth? I'm guessing more than the repair bill. ;)
Thanks for your understanding.

I am glad they came to Texas then because I have sold many of them and they are still working great! and by the way there is a lot of equipment out there that fits the goodfornuttin label, even the one that's heating and cooling your home. :D

Thanks guys, yes I'll call a pro.Sure enough this is not a do it yourself kind of thing. The friend that checked the system had taken some classes of HVAC,although he's not a licensed pro.
