I have and use a number of data loggers in trouble shooting systems. I always use the graph ones as I want to see the results as it happens and when I am there. Plus, in certain circumstances, it's a benefit to the customer to see the real time data.

The electronic data ones must be downloaded into the software and then displayed on a screen. That's not possilbe with a lot of customers unless you carry a laptop then it's all after the fact for the customer and you to see.

Ebay has a lot of Temp or Temp/Humidity graph recorders made by different manufacturers.

Ditto- we use them for temps/humidity, another set for volts/amps have had them for 6 or 7 years still working
