Thank you for your reply. Rather than looking at a list with hundreds of HVAC contractors (Blue book) I was hoping one of you could recommend a good contractor.

Thank you for the specific recommendation. Interestingly, I had Jacobs out and the sales rep did not do a load calc and subsequently recommended an undersized system (per HVAC-calc).

Can anyone else recommend a specific contractor in the area? Winter is coming fast...

Also. Advanced Filter & Mechanical, Inc. seems like they know what they are doing.
