Carrier 58 MVP revs up

Hi , i have a new Carrier infinity [1 month old about] ,and before wake time [setback] 20 minute's it revs up to high speed for about 12 minutes to heat the house, already doing this same time second day .
I have set infinity control tstat to : smart recovery, 6 cycles, and 2 degree offset ,anticipator 3 [default].
How do i resett it so its not copies last days setting or run , by turn off power to furnace for few minutes or set tstat to default?
