Hi Folks,
My name is Terrence, I graduated from ATI here in Vegas about a year and a half ago. Took me a bit to get work but finally got an own truck and tools job doing warranty work for mostly residential HVAC. My first two jobs turned out to be capacitors and I told myself man this is easy!! My third stop was a 2 story roof with 6 inches of pigeon poo and an all white York upgrade from MarkIV board to MarkVI. Welcome to a heaping dose of reality.
I am very excited to be on this site with a bunch of people that are Masters of their craft to perhaps give me a bit of guidance.....at least until I can get on with a company that has a strong training base I would love to annoy you with my questions and perhaps someday be able to answer some for other people.
The mechanical side of our industry to me at least is fairly easy, the opposite seems to be true for the electrical side for myself.
I don't wish to be a parts changer or beer can tech I want to be a master of my craft. I refuse to even consider Nate certs until I can honor that patch and hopefully this is another step in that direction.
Thanks for your time and have a great day!
