I live in Indiana and need to replace my existing AC and natural gas furnace (all piping, vents and ductwork will be reused). I have a two-story, 3500sf home (which I plan to live in for another 20-25 years) and have been quoted about $xx by a couple of companies to install a Trane XV90 2-stage variable speed 100,000 BTU upflow natural gas furnace, a Trane XL14i 3.5 ton (42,000 BTU) air conditioning unit w/R-410A, a Honeywell whole house humidifier and whole house duct cleaning (they are also "throwing in" 3 and 10 year mainenance service contracts.

Is this about right on size of units and pricing.

Any knowledgeable comments would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Sorry for the edit but we don't comment on other dealer's pricing. Only way to know if it is a good deal is have another dealer bid similar equipment.

Nice system, be sure they use a good 2 stage thermostat like the Honeywell Vision Pro or the White-Rodgers 1F95-391 which also controls humidifiers & dehumidify on demand capability of the XV90.
