Annual Service for Concord

I got no reply to my last post regarding this, so thought I will try again, but keep it simplier. It's time for an annual check for my new Concord heater. What should I expect, a visual check and "okay", or is there some replacing and cleaning that should take place? Any thoughts would be helpful. Thanks.

There are several levels of service for cleanings.

I personally like the one where my customers come down after a complete disassembly and I'm reassembling the unit and they say; "man, that looks like a new one again". :)
