All mold isn't deadly but but most mold is destructive in nature. The thing that is dangerous about mold is the spores being release during its reproduction cycle.To some people it doesn't bother that much and others with lung or respitory problems it could be a life or death thing. Mold is also the hardest hydrocarbon to erradicate because it takes such a long exposure time in UVGI light.
