Radiant ceiling heat update

Thanks to all the HVAC guys who talked me out of replacing our radiant ceiling heat in the home we just purchased with forced air. We finally found a knowledgeable heating guy (the same company we used in our last house for our oil furnace) and he tweaked the system and now it works great! He had to adjust some wires on one thermostat to get that zone working, and then adjusted the pressure for the whole system and we are toasty warm. I love how it feels! Thanks so much. You all saved us a bundle.

As a consumer, I realize it's a crapshoot sometimes as to what level of expertise and care you will get from service people. So glad it worked out for you, and wish everyone could post happy endings. Goes to show that sometimes those you are familiar with are worth repeating business with. Hopefully the tech got a warm fuzzy feeling helping you out also- building good customer relationships is tough and rewarding at the same time.
