There was an old boiler like the first one that had a pm done on it & the customer complained the bill was alot higher now.It seems the draft was setup using fire brick in the flue years ago when it was put in & the guy cleaning it took the bricks out.It now has a draft damper in it lol!I hope you strongly suggested at the minimum they have a safety upgrade.%90 shut offs,no lwco,etc.
