I`m looking to install a furnace, can anyone help me as for the porper heat load formula calculations. I have a two store house, 3 rooms plus a unfinished basement also I plan to use my attic for family or office space.

Once you contact a professioanl to do the job, he will be able to do a heat load calculation which will tell you exactely the size of the equipment that is needed.
