I can't offer you a job but I could help you clean up your resume' a bit with grammar, syntax and functionality.

Here are my thoughts:
1. You don't state an objective. What are you looking for, sales, marketing, hands on service?
2. It's too long and you repeat yourself several times.
3. Your educational experience needs to condensed and more concise - where and when?
4. Are you willing to relocate?

Those are types of things prospective employers will look at. Also, drug screens, immigration status and background & MVR checks are a given this day and age. Take them off.

I would (just me personally) include a well written cover letter and shorten the resume'. You could also include reasons for leaving previous positions and why you are looking now. That can be tenuous and only you can decide whether to include that info, tread carefully. I would add a full mailing address and good phone number - just not on this forum.

You have some fairly impressive credentials for what you do. Remember that you have to market yourself.

Good luck to you brother!

It to bad he did not have financial numbers in terms of the projects budget he was working with. Often employers like to see these numbers, and in turn, call for a interview.

I think is resume is to long and to wordy. Employers spend no more then 30 seconds tops when reviewing a resume in a big stack of resumes. Put the most important information at the top of the resume such as a summery of your experience, that matches the employers qualifications. This will then lead them down the resume, to learn more about the details of the summery.

Also, try and make your resume as long as ten years. If you have supervisory skills or PM at the ten year mark, then it does not need to be longer then that.

Again, matching word for word in what the employer wants in the job description, and typing that in the cover letter will make them most interested in calling you. As much as you like to keep the certificates, employers are more interested in diplomas and degrees. Take photoshop out as well as anything that may seem irrelevant to the actual position of the job.

too long, too winded, and confusing.

what exactly r u pursuing? u've been an owner before, so I'm assuming not on the tool? sales? service? managerial? I read it and don't know what do you want, your skill set, achievement or what you could do. as is it's in the reject pile

I agree, it looks like a "I do it all resume" unfortunately, you need to tailor each resume to each position. If its not sales, take all the sales info out of the resume. The employer want a hvac tech, not a sales person. Resumes making is perhaps one of the most time challenging and difficult things to make.

You also need to also forget about emailing resumes out if you want a 2-3% response rate. Because that is the typical response you will receive. Go out, and network your self. Go and see the companies in person, if possible, and talk to them.

Ask if you can have a interview :) I know this sounds kind of odd, but do it anyway. You need to sell your self. Ever been to a resume workshop and interview in front of a camera then review your self in front of a classroom TV? I did. got lots of good responses.

I am going to recommend some one to you that should turn your resume into one that will result in calls for a interview. Please visit http://www.tunarez.com/. tunarez will do a free evaluation, then go from there. Pay them the menial amount of money to make that resume look sharp!

Best of luck.

WOW thank you everyone for the suggestions.

well i have to say that this is a resume "european style" since i am from Italy.
they want to reed everything about you, it doesn't matter if take one hour to read your resume', we call it CV.
i will try to make it easy, clean and simple, even with the help of some experts, as someone suggested me.

can i ask you guys if the experience is too much, since i got some "overqualified" answers ?

Hi lortech,

I have a job tip in his area for him, please have him email me if he contacts you. Thanx,

The title means can it hurt my chanced for a interview or help. I was a helicopter technician for the United States Airforce back in the 1980s. Will this make me look to old to be passed over for a younger tech? Or help, because it shows the company how good my mechanical skills are "helicopters are inherently complex"

Thanks for your opinion

I thought you meant trying to contact him through 'HVAC_Talk' won't work,
because of ..."the way it is" :)
