What's the payscale over there in Togoland? With the GDP at $1600/capita, my $25/ hour would make me a kind of HVAC God!

Ok do you folks know were Califonia is,ya know THE WEST COAST,nice weather and super high cost of living.Your $25 hr would put you in the low to middle scale(non union),but by know means a HVAC GOD(pay scale that is).California is a great place to live,but i'm not sure i can still afford it.
