I have an old gas furnace and coil that I believe is oversized for the condensor which is a 3 ton Ruud. The A/H and coil and condensor have no tags that I can get numbers from as they are degraded beyond recognition. I know the cond. is a 3 ton because of the brass tag on the compressor. The A/ H and coil are painted a darker shade of green but which man. through the years used a shade of dark green paint? I'm going this afternoon to do an air balance on it so I can maybe go by the CFM's but I'd rather know the exact rating of the coil not just the A/H. Any useful input would be great!
