Teledyne laars mini therm ii

My mother has a Teledyne laars mini therm II boiler. It is in a dirt crawl space under a dining room. The area does not appear drafty. The pilot light blows out all the time. If I relight it it will stay lit until the first day there is not a lot of demand on the boiler. I have cleaned and replaced the thermo stat wire for the pilot. Any one have recomendations. Any one know if i can convert it to an electronic pilot. any one know how much it would cost to replace or what to replace it with?. There is about three feet of clearance.
