my house is five years old it has a carrier furnace. Installed also is a ventalation fan that that runs an exaust fan and the furnace fan, it is controlled by a manual switch to turn it on and off. The cold air return for my furnace has a fresh air intake. I also have a seperate fresh air coming in for combustion. my Problem is that it gets cold here in the winter and my furnace blows cold air through the house when it begins its cycle - I believe due to the fresh air intake on the cold air return.
my question is what type of solution should I be looking for.
