Laundrymat
working steam pressure 100psi
all returns come from the ceiling 15ft above tank.
all supply line traps are good (280F inlet/194F outlet)
all traps on every unit have been replace by the laundrymat over the last few weeks.
now, my question is; How come there's still steam coming from the overflow on the condensate tank? Not only is there steam coming out the vent to the outside from the tank( 4 90's and then 20feet into the air), there's also steam coming from the inside overflow on the tank(which comes down from the top of the tank four feet to the floor, back up 2 1/2 feet, and then back down to the floor)
Now when I'm talking steam, I'm meaning a nice flow of steam. The inside overflow is 1 1/2inch piping and the outside vent is 2inch.
Generally speaking, does anyone have any ideas?
