ych241c3l0aa smoke ucp

I ran a call this morning and found ucp, ign and transformer #2 burn up, i ohm out all motors and they all ohm out fine, can not find a reason why this would happen, has any one ran across this befor. I dont want to install all new parts and turn the switch on and burn up the new boards.
