paragon 8145-20 defrost timer

Hey guys,
Need your help. I`m a student in school and I`m tring to find installation/operating instructions for the 8145-20 paragon defrost control to include in my freezer project for school. I want to be a keener ;) and hand in the instructions and manuals for the controls I put in my project to the teacher/owner(like your supposed to anyway). Found info on everything but the timer, having a hard time finding anything on the net.
