View Full Version : Evolution Control does not register low run times

I have the following setup:

Bryant 355 furnace, 598 two-stage condencing unit and Evolution Control.

I wanted to check AC usage via Evolution Control (Advanced Menu/Service/Run/Fault History), but it only shows high cool numbers, zero for low cool.

In fact, AC Unit seems to cycle between low and high speed normally.

Anybody else has or had the same problem?

Thanks

It's a known software glitch. Outdoor unit doesn't report run times correctly to the Infinity User Interface. It has no bearing on the system performance. Before you ask, there is not a software patch to correct it.

I see.
Anyway, just out of curiosity how is software update performed?

Thanks

It's not. UI is not capable of receiving new software.

Someone's system reports correct numbers according to this thread:

I asked my installer to replace evolution control and he did. It still reads only high run times.
