View Full Version : Wrong Employer/Position?

I work for an employer where a good 70 to 80% of the "top" guys can either not read at all or can barely read. This is the install division. My boss obviously only cares about what you can produce and how fast you can get work done but yet always preaches taking an extra few minutes to read instructions etc. Am I working at the wrong place? I still have a lot of years left to go and looking forward to moving around and getting as high as I can and learning as much as possible in the field. I love it. BTW. It's a private company. non-union. Thoughts??? Advice???

stick in the season but keep your radar up for other ops..must be interesting lunch conversation or what how do these guys converse with the customers or when there are problems....sounds like a frustrating enviorment,but if your learning and getting your own routine down it is priceless get all the exp.you can:.02:

Where do you live? Climate is a factor in my area because potential employees don't covet heat stress jobs.
