Installed Goodman CAUF 24 uncased coil. Mounted piston assembly on slant side of coil in air stream. Only 3 degree temperature drop, no cooling, suction pressure 80 psi, head 200 psi, still have 2 lbs R-22 to go before fully charged, suction pressure keeps climbing. Does piston need to be mounted lower on front side of coil? this is the first time I have ever mounted it on the side, now it won't cool, did I goof up?

Sounds like you may need to go back and read the site rules...

Piston housing location is not relevant to the operation of the system. If you are a professional in the HVAC industry, you will need to make 15 HVAC relative posts in order to apply for professional membership. Once a professional member, we can discuss technical issues in other forums that are out of sight for general viewers.
I will tell you this much; a whole lot more information needs to be provided.
