Condemm it, and upgrade tham to an 10ACC-048.

Thats todays low line.
Unless they want Air Flow,
Then I'd sell them Ducane.

Selling a builder cube is doing them a favor?

Remember that the HS8 used the old RFC lineset & coil system. All needs to be replaced!

Do a heat gain calc to be sure 4 ton is right!
