I'm looking for any technical information on an older Lennox forcedair gas furnace, model G803-105-1. Any technical information, schematics, installation info, etc. would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like a 105K btu furnace.

Q3 is the 3 ton drive
never seen a 105, usually 100

105 is the right btu
55% to 60% AFUE when new, slightly higher if it has electronic ignition. Up to 70% if a damper was installed.

damper and ignition not even available on G10, doubt they were available on this old beast.
Some of the G8s aren't that old; they built them in Canada until '91/92 when the 78% minimum went into effect. The newer ones have electronic ignition - not sure about the damper though.

damn Amd your right! did not have parts program at home when i said they did not have spark ign. davenet did not show it but parts program does. forgot you guys up there had stuff longer. don't think i have ever seen one made after very early 70s.
