Hello Again,
Well I thank all for the help I did find a contractor to do my job. I only have a few more Questions.
Do I need an attic pan in the attic?
Do I need an overflow device as well?
This is for the Air handler in the attic.
Just one or two ques. before I sign the contact. 13 or 15 seer and 80-90% effic.
One more ques so I understand before I ask? Do you need a two stage and a vairiable speed if the furnace if its not for the AC the air handler is for the AC.
Is there a Rating or diffrence in the Air handler used if so please explain.
Thank you
Very Much

A attic Drain pan is required. A overflow Device is added insurance. What it does is it is it shuts off the unit. That prevents further damage by water. You'll also know you have a problem.

The efficency ratings are a tough desision. I'd put the top of the line 2 stage variable speed. If your moving in 3 years it might not be as cost effective to put the top of the line in. Unless your lookin for resale perks. Same with the A/C I'd go top of the line but no lower than 13 seer.
