Does anyone have any advice or suggestions on the best sources to find HVAC pros looking for better job opportunities? I'm thinking of posting on this site but was wondering if anyone had success with other channels of communication; web sites, professional groups, personal contacts, etc.

I have a job posting but won't list it here out of respect for the site rules. Just looking for some advice from pros working in this field.
