Carrier iVU Tools Help

Im a novice control tech who is begining to get thrown into programming. My company uses Carrier iVU and Honeywell WebsAX mostly. With WebsAX we get .doc files that show us programming steps and logic, and explain how the points work and do not work. Carrier seems to have no programming information available, would anyone have any suggestions on where I might be able to obtain programming information as far as using iVU 5.1, Snap and Application builder?

I have a customer with an ALC system and some large Carrier RTUs which have the UPC-Open protocol converters in them. Could someone email me or send me a link to download ApplicationBuilder or Snap so I can add some additional points to the UPC-Opens.
