alerton alarm messages

I have Mcquay duel head chiller that is communicating to my bms (alerton envision for bactalk 2.0) via tcp/ip and i want the alarm messages from the chiller to be sent to my blackberry in the same format as the chiller screen is that possible, our rep at alerton does not think it can be done any help would be great.

The McQuay bacnet over ip is only capable of relaying multistate events, that is how most manufactures relays alarms or status in the bacnet world. unfortunatly EBT doesnt allow for multistate alarms, your best bet is to pick up the alarm out put on the chiller and set up a general alarm.
