replacing Magic Aire

Have three 25 year old Magic aire....coiled, belt driven air handlers....That need to be replaced.

Any ideas on what units I should go with and how I can possibly improve my system at this time would be greatly appreicated. I heard that belt driven motors are not the way to go. They dont produce as much push as newer i think "gear " driven models.
