If you tell me that this forum is the only place you've advertised your job opening, I'll be properly excited about it. However, the last time I applied at Ontario Refrigeration there were enough applicants around me to fill a classroom. Please do my fellow newbies a favor: save us some gas by telling us what's needed to have at least a five percent chance of getting hired at your company.

I believe you are mistaking this company with another. We interview one at a time.

I thought they were only in Phoenix and SoCal?They are. I used to live in Orange County and thought unemployed trade school graduates still living out there could benefit from my question. These unemployed people should be given an idea of how many qualified applicants there are for every person hired and the average experience level of every person hired.

Hey Chillpro,
I live in Irvine. You mention entry level. What's the minimum experience required?
Cheers

Your li'l ocean community couldn't provide enough challenge for a Bakersfield Hvac man, lol. Can you afford a 17 year tech? Just messing with you. Besides, you'd have to set me up beach-front, company paid, lol.
