Does anyone have any info on the York ISN keypad?
I have the software overview, but nothing on the keypad.
Thanks...

What kind of info on the keypad are you looking for?

I've figured out a few things so far, like the point involvement search function, and finding my way around.
The one I deal with runs two VFD YT's, primary pumps, and tower fans. Works real well most of the time, but we had problems with lead lag and fault changeover recently.
Thanks...

Somebody has some programming info for the keypad.
They must.
York built the dang ol' thing.

You can hit the upper arrow pointing left and than enter 5555 and that will take you to the program...how to navigate the keypad, you will need a sheet that is availiabe.

the ISN is common on most of the older stuff with York, try their site for service literature, and the PDF files will show the manuals for the different unit styles with that panel. http://www.york.com/products/esg/ServiceLit/ServiceSplash.asp# "left click" the library page and search the equipment from the uper left of that page.

There is nothing on the York site on the keypad.
Our York factory rep says they "can't get it either".
Bull. They just want a service call.
This is the only industry I know where you can buy a piece of gear and not be able to get technical info on it. Too many suits, too many "gatekeepers"...

Randy, call York HQ at 717-771-7890, ask for the Pulications Department. You need to order form # 450.11-CP5

I got a recorder, and then they called back with an 800 number. So I called them, explained what I needed, and they directed me back to the local rep. Around and around in a circle again.
And they wonder why we just bought four new 19XRV's.

Call your local York Factory office then and ask them to order it for you. Order the form number from the previous post. I assure you this is valid and the correct form you need. What part of the country are you in?

I deal with the Seattle office. They've been flaky before on manuals and told me a BS story. At the moment, they haven't gotten back to me when I asked them to verify the form number.
I may have to rattle the cages another layer or two on up the food chain, but I ain't above that. (hee-hee)
