I saw one of these for the first time last week. It doesn't seem to be commissioned with lonspec? At least it doesn't seem to give me this option like it does for any other lonspec controller. When I restore the project it shows it as commissioned but after I try to change the schedule with lonspec then the controller becomes non-commissioned and won't let me commission it. Am I missing something, does this require a different program to commission. I know this thing is old but any help would be appreciated. thanks in advance.

What other controllers are there on the project? It may have been commissioned by C.A.R.E. or WebsAx.

I'm sorry! I just looked again at your posts' title. I was more specifically referring to the XL15c, the 'b' model is a POS and I have had to return more than a few! Throw it away and put a Jace in its place!

I don't know anything about 15b, but I thought it was setup through its web/browser interface?

The XL15B is commissioned through LonSpec, but needs to have a network connection to do it as opposed to a direct lon connection. When you connect select SLTA, Wan, XL15B, put in the XL15B user name and password and connect. Now when you select the Controller pull down menu the "Commission XL15B" item will be selectable.
