St louis pipefitters union

I am a journeyman mechanical pipefitter already, will i have to go through there apprenticeship again? Is there any work? I do Hvac and piping, i can do sheet metal work too. Looking for a better future and i like the way they operate. Whats the best way to apply, go to the union or to a union contractor? thanks

Your best bet is to find a union contractor that is looking to hire. Also if the pipefitters union has men not working, it's going to be tuff.
