IAQ in Atlanta

Hi,
I moved into a new house in atlanta, and have been having some problems with humidity and odor in the master bedroom

The builder and HVAC folks are cooperative, but real results have been lacking.

I would like to have someone take an independent look at the situation, but I'm not sure who to contact. Any referrals would be appreciated.
