has anyone else had freeze up problems with the open face frozen food multi decks with the double skin on the bottom of the case-the one with the ambient air honeycomb and discharge air honeycomb-I think it's a tyler lfs8

Is you secondary pan filling up with ice or are you talking about the coils themselves iced up?

Very common...as soon as the drain is blocked , that case is done for a day (at least)
