blower motor issue

american standard 90 series when you turn ac on it runs for 10 min then cuts down and makes a terrible whinning noise utill you turn it off. turn it off wait it will run and do the same thing. Any sugestions would help. sounds like motor locking up. not blowing and breakers.

Do you have an HVAC company in your area that you trust? If so, give them a call. If not ask friends and neighbors for who'd they recommend. Good time to build a relationship with a local HVAC pro.

all air filters removed and replaced. there are signs of water and rust on bottom of unit. upward air flow. looks like water has been leaking also inside but dont see any water. service light just blinks steady no code.
