Why? My understanding is Reliable has territories but you don't have to purchase from the local vendor if you don't want to, so no 'grey market' need. I just know this from speaking with a Reliable guy. Granted I haven't worked with Reliable stuff, but maybe someone who has/knows the line will chime in.
