After replacing the valve the units is going off on head pressure in heat n cool

That's too bad.

sounds like you plugged up your discharge line

What exactly makes you say this?

Did you overheat the valve while you were brazing it in? Did you wrap it with wet towels or cool gel, did you run nitrogen through it while brazing?

Why did you replace the valve in the first place?

There could be many reasons. If the unit did not have this sympton before the valve replacement , then.. there ya go.
Overheated valve can cause the piston to freeze in which ever position it happen to be resting in during the installation.
If the piston is in the midway postition and blocking discharge gas flow , this will cause that problem with the quickness.
It is also likely that the unit is overcharged , especially if its a water source heat pump.
Or as someone else said , too much solder in the discharge line causing a blockage.
99% of the time there are only 5 things that can cause excessive discharge pressure in heat pumps.
1 - overcharged
2 - not condensing (heat exchanger problem)
3 - reversing valve problem
4 - non-condensibles
5 - restriction in the discharge line
A liquid line restriction will most likely cause a pumpdown and not a high discharge situation if the condensing device is working.
All you have to do is work through those to find the problem.
It can be done relatively quickly with experience. :.02:
