Crab feast count, answer damnit!

rfrtech is picking up the slack that I have left from being busy rearranging my life....again.

So, let's cut him some slack and get a count as to who is participating in the crab feast on Saturday.

I suppose we can assume the Dices, the beencools, RoBoShach, Otto (and hopefully Ottoette), rfrtechs, spottses etc.

Who am I missing?

You don't have to limit yourself to crabs. Most places also have lots of other seafood for those who don't care for smashing and tearing apart whole animals to pick their innards out and eat them.

You have to post an official list that only you can edit. Then list the "for sures". If you miss any one, someone will yell at you then you can add to the list.

The "Crab Feast" special seems to be the best bet for our group. Three hours of unlimited crabs, chicken wings, potatoe salad, corn on the cob and Maryland style crab soup is a great way to experience a Baltimore traditional crab feast.

I think rfrtech said that the crab feast is $55 per person.
DO NOT WEAR CLOTHES YOU DON'T WANT TO TAKE A CHANCE OF RUINING! A Baltimore crab feast can be quite messy :D

From Friday, August 26th, to Sunday, August 28th, members of this forum, their spouses and invitees will be gathering at the Inner Harbor of Baltimore, Maryland for a weekend of cruising and crab feasting along with many other activities available within walking distance.

All along the way we will be shooting the proverbial bull, getting to know one another as real people rather then as Internet personalities and for some, getting pretty soused.

The spouses last year had a great time because they all had something in common just like those of us on this forum have something in common. What they have in common is being subjected to idiots that spend way too much time on this forum.

The interaction between so many different characters of all ages and political persuasions last year was simply amazing. I believe we all gained a more personal and respectful relationship with one another then we could have ever accomplished without actually having met in person.

Some of us had met on a one on one occasion here and there which I think was what led to our getting this thing going. I think it will grow year to year as it is simply a fun time to be had by all.

I found out monday afternoon that the 22nd gig got canceled.... I either take the date on the 26th or wait another 3 weeks. I have been looking for another Doc to shoot me up... no good... got to take the 26th and miss getting the crabs with the rest of you.

OK, at $35.95 each, with $500 already paid by BC1, plus tip and beer...what do we have here?

35.95 X 28 = 1,006.60

1,006.60 + 300 beer = 1,306.6

1,306.60 + 260 tip = 1,566.60

1,566.60 - 500 = 1,066.60

1,066.60 / 28 = 38.09 each (approx.)

So, figure on $40 max per person for the crab feast.

Well I just got home from sunny (sometimes rainy) Myrtle Beach and it is now 12:35AM !! :( We left the beach @ 12noon today . The van in not even unpacked yet and I had to run to the computer and check the Conventionb'threads. :) Damn I feel like a H-Talk junkie !! I doubt that most you will read this before the convention but if you do ... PLEASE have a safe trip . Us Baltimorons can be some verry aggresive drivers if you are not used to the highways here ! :) Time to unload the van now and get a few hours of shut eye before having to be @ BWI @ 9:00am. :( Again if you are reading this before setting out on your journey, have a safe trip.
